3. Contact form processing

Contact form submissions are processed and stored on this website. Messages are sent to bart@greycard.be and may be retained for a reasonable period to manage ongoing correspondence.

Spam filtering on contact forms is provided by Akismet, a service of Automattic Inc. Submitted data may be sent to Akismet’s servers for spam analysis. Akismet’s privacy policy can be found at automattic.com/privacy.

4. Data retention

Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an ongoing client relationship.

This website uses necessary cookies to function correctly. With your prior consent, Greycard also uses Google Analytics 4 and Metricool to measure website usage, and Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and contact conversions. Metricool is activated only after consent for statistics.

After marketing consent, Meta Pixel records page views and a Lead when the contact form is submitted successfully; the contents of the form are not included in that Lead event.
