A Greycard commission does not begin with a package, but with the work you want to have made. We first determine what the portrait should mean and where the finished artwork will live. The portrait, its execution and the practical choices follow from there.
Every commission starts with a conversation, without obligation. We discuss the person, the dog or the bond you want portrayed, what should become visible and where the finished work will be placed. We then decide which portrait and execution fit that intention. The photographic encounter is not sold by the hour; time serves the image.
The creative fee covers preparation, the photographic creation, and the careful selection and finishing of the images. The physical fine-art work is then chosen separately according to size and presentation.
| Commission | Includes | From |
|---|---|---|
| Individual portrait | One person, in the studio or at an agreed location | €350 |
| Portrait of two people | Two people, in the studio or at an agreed location | €450 |
| Dog portrait | One or more dogs, in the studio or on location | €350 |
| Person & dog | A portrait of the bond between a person and their dog | €450 |
After the image selection, we consider not only which portrait is strongest, but also how it can function as a physical work in your space. With Artwork Placement & Preview, we assess size, proportions, mount, frame and placement in advance. You can see how the work relates to the room before production begins.

A Greycard commission is completed as a physical fine-art work. Size, material and presentation are chosen in relation to the image and the space in which it will live. Digital files are not the primary final product.
| Size | Execution | From |
|---|---|---|
| 30 × 40 cm | Fine-art paper, unmounted | €120 |
| 50 × 70 cm | Fine-art paper, unmounted | €220 |
| 70 × 100 cm | Fine-art paper, unmounted | €380 |
| Made to measure | Aluminium, acrylic, wood or framed execution | On request |
A booking is confirmed after an advance payment of 50% of the creative fee. The balance of the creative fee is due on the day of the photographic encounter. The chosen fine-art work is invoiced separately. Cancellation is free up to seven days in advance; after that, 50% of the creative fee is charged.
You do not need to know in advance which size or execution will work best. We decide that when the image is there.
